三、微型机(μC)在机械制造上的应用随着μC的性能日臻完善、运算速度不断提高和结构上一再改进,μC在机械、石油、化工、冶金、电力、交通运输、轻工等以及其他许多部门都获得广泛应用。这里着重谈谈μC在机械工业方面的应用,其应用范围大致有:机床数控、机械工业的生产和管理自动化、工业机械手和机器人、工业自动化设备(如自动绘图机、自动分选机等)、遥控遥测和自动检测仪表系统、机电产品的主机和辅机的控制部件(其中用μC和μP作为软线逻辑代替硬线逻辑或随机逻辑),等等。由于篇幅有限,现以μC在数控机床方面的应用为例来说明这个问题。
