本文作者对常压进气的氮氢压缩机的排气量测定后,经过多次对比试验,证明气柜测量法是目前较为成熟的方法。本文对此类压缩机的排气量与其第Ⅰ段第1级的有效吸气量之间的关系作了理论分析,得出了这二个参数近似相等的结论。从而用气柜法直接测取Ⅰ段1级的有效吸气量,以获得排气量的精确值。文中还就ISO标准中比功率的通用修正方法应用于上述机型的情况作了进一步的探讨,并补充了某些新的修正因素。此外,笔者通过理论分析和实践总结,推导了排气量和比功率的计算方法。
The author of the atmospheric pressure of the hydrogen-hydrogen compressor displacement measured, after several comparative tests to prove that the gas tank measurement is the more mature method. In this paper, the relationship between the displacement of such compressors and the effective inspiratory capacity of the first stage of paragraph Ⅰ is theoretically analyzed, and the conclusion that these two parameters are approximately equal is obtained. Therefore, the gas tank method can be used to directly measure the effective inspiratory capacity of the first stage of the first stage to obtain the precise value of the displacement. The article also on the ISO standard power than the common method of correction applied to the above models were further explored and added some new correction factors. In addition, through theoretical analysis and practice, the author deduces the calculation method of displacement and specific power.
