目的探讨糖尿病治疗仪治疗重症糖尿病并发症引起的糖尿病足皮肤的临床效果。方法选取在我院进行治疗的糖尿病足部溃疡患者100例,采取随机原则将入组患者分为观察组和对照组,每组50例。对照组患者给予常规糖尿病足皮肤综合治疗,观察组患者在此基础上加用糖尿病治疗仪进行穴位照射治疗。结果观察组患者临床治疗总有效率为94.0%,与对照组的82.0%相比,显著较高,比较差异具有显著性(P<0.05);且观察组患者创面愈合时间显著短于对照组,比较差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后的ABI及足部动脉血流速度,与治疗前相比,均得到显著改善,比较差异具有显著性(P<0.05);且观察组患者以上两项的改善程度显著优于对照组,比较差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病治疗仪治疗重症糖尿病并发症所致糖尿病足皮肤病变,具有疗效显著,能够改善患者局部血液循环,促使患者快速康复。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of diabetes treatment instrument on diabetic foot skin caused by complication of severe diabetes. Methods 100 cases of diabetic foot ulcer patients treated in our hospital were selected. Randomly divided the patients into observation group and control group with 50 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were given routine diabetic foot skin comprehensive treatment, and patients in the observation group were treated with acupoint irradiation with diabetes therapeutic apparatus. Results The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was 94.0%, which was significantly higher than that in the control group (82.0%) (P <0.05). The wound healing time in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group The difference was significant (P <0.05). ABI and arterial blood flow velocity after treatment in both groups were significantly improved compared with before treatment, the difference was significant (P <0.05); and the improvement of the above two items in the observation group was significantly better than Control group, the difference was significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Diabetes treatment instrument for the treatment of severe diabetic complications caused by diabetic foot skin disease, with significant effect, can improve local blood circulation, promote rapid recovery of patients.
