分析了微机静态电子轨道衡在称重过程中出现动态过磅的原因及造成计量不准确的严重后果。经深入调研和反复实验,设计了可防止微机静态电子轨道衡动态过磅的计算机程序,纠正了认为动态过磅是人为因素的片面观点,完善了轨道衡的称重计量工作。
The reason of the dynamic weighing in the weighing process of the microcomputer static electronic railroad track weighing system and the serious consequence of inaccurate measurement are analyzed. After in-depth investigation and repeated experiments, a computer program was designed to prevent the dynamic balance of microcomputer static electronic railroad track scale, and the one-sided view that dynamic weighing was an artificial factor was corrected and the weighing and measuring work of railroad scale was perfected.
