学习状态是指学生在从事学习活动时,身心活动在强度、稳定性、持久性方面所表现出来的特征。学生学习状态具有短暂性与相对稳定性、情境性与变化性、指向性与具体性、共同性与个别性、可控性与效能性等特征,良好的学习状态具有稳定性、调控性、协同性和意识性。应采用环境优化策略、认知调节策略、生物反馈策略和心理调节策略调整学生的学习状态。协同记忆法应用于学习实践,主要应体现在把听、说、读、写、思和实际操作结合起来。
Learning status refers to students in the learning activities, physical and mental activity in the strength, stability, durability of the performance characteristics.
