目的:探讨老年人细菌性肝脓肿的临床特点。方法:回顾性分析比较老年人与非老年人细菌性肝脓肿的临床资料。结果:老年人组出现右上腹痛症状、严重低白蛋白血症、血清胆碱酯酶下降人数的比例明显低于非老年人组(P<0.05)。结论:老年人细菌性肝脓肿临床表现不典型,易误漏诊,肝功能损害明显。糖尿病、胆道系统疾病是其重要诱因。
Objective: To investigate the clinical features of bacterial liver abscess in the elderly. Methods: The clinical data of bacterial liver abscess in elderly and non-elderly were retrospectively analyzed. Results: The incidence of right upper quadrant pain, severe hypoalbuminemia, and decreased serum cholinesterase in the elderly group were significantly lower than those in the non-elderly group (P <0.05). Conclusion: The clinical manifestations of bacterial liver abscess in the elderly are not typical, easily misdiagnosed, liver damage significantly. Diabetes, biliary diseases is its important incentive.
