软骨生长板(CGP)主要由软骨细胞及细胞外基质(ECM)构成。软骨细胞的增殖、分化、肥大及ECM的形成,是骨骼发育、线性生长的关键。因此,与CGP相关、调控生长的因素主要涉及作用于软骨细胞的生长激素-胰岛素样生长因子-1(GHIGF-1)轴、多种激素、旁分泌因子、炎性细胞因子等及软骨ECM中的胶原蛋白、非胶原糖蛋白、蛋白聚糖等成分。既往对调控生长的研究主要集中在GH-IGF-1轴上,但近年来,GH-IGF-1轴之外、CGP上可调控生长的其他相关因素备受关注。
Cartilage growth plate (CGP) is mainly composed of chondrocytes and extracellular matrix (ECM). Chondrocyte proliferation, differentiation, hypertrophy and ECM formation, is the key to bone development, linear growth. Therefore, CGP-related factors that regulate growth mainly involve the growth hormone-insulin-like growth factor-1 (GHIGF-1) axis, multiple hormones, paracrine factors, inflammatory cytokines and the like that act on chondrocytes and cartilage ECM Collagen, non-collagen glycoprotein, proteoglycan and other ingredients. Previous studies focused on the regulation of growth have focused on the GH-IGF-1 axis, but in recent years, other relevant factors that regulate growth outside of the GH-IGF-1 axis have attracted much attention.
