党的十八大以来,党的群众路线教育实践活动渗透到各行各业,党建工作的覆盖面随着群众路线实践活动的深入而不断延伸,在油田物业企业的党建管理上也出现了不同的要求和管理模式。结合物业企业工作的实际,紧紧围绕党建工作的基础和创新等中心工作,分析党建工作在物业企业管理中发挥的重大作用,进而探讨新形势下油田企业物业党建工作的新模式和新做法。
Since the 18th CPC National Congress, the party’s practice of mass line education has permeated all walks of life. The coverage of the party-building work has continued to expand with the practice of the mass line. Different requirements have also emerged in the party-building management of the oilfield property enterprises And management mode. In combination with the actual work of property enterprises, we focus on the work of party building and innovation center, and analyze the major role played by party building in the management of property enterprises. Then, we explore the new mode and new practices of party building in oilfield enterprises under the new situation.
