目的分析神经外科护理中危险因素并提出相应的预防措施。方法选取本院于2015年1月到2015年12月收治患者中的300例作为样本,对其临床治疗记录以及护理记录等进行了分析。结果神经外科护理中的危险因素主要包括两方面,科室管理水平不足以及护理人员专业水平不高都会对护理的结果产生影响,进而造成护理危险的发生。结论提高神经外科的管理水平以及护理人员的整体素质是避免上述问题发生的主要途径,是医院神经外科在护理过程中必须关注的一项问题。
Objective To analyze the risk factors of neurosurgery nursing and to put forward corresponding preventive measures. Methods A total of 300 patients admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to December 2015 were selected as samples and their clinical records and nursing records were analyzed. Results The risk factors of neurosurgery nursing mainly included two aspects: the lack of management level of the department and the low professional level of nursing staff all had an impact on the result of nursing, which led to the danger of nursing. Conclusion Improving the management level of neurosurgery and the overall quality of nurses are the main ways to avoid the above problems. It is a problem that the neurosurgery in the hospital must pay attention to in the nursing process.
