提出了一种双TIA(Trans-Impedance Amplifier)电路模型,即在PD的两端均接入TIA电路,并对电路进行了理论分析,最后对理论电路进行了仿真讨论,对实际电路进行测试,结果显示在保证精度与成本不变的情况下,探测范围增大了10dB。
A dual-TIA (Trans-Impedance Amplifier) circuit model is proposed, in which both ends of the PD are connected to a TIA circuit, and the circuit is analyzed theoretically. Finally, the theoretical circuit is simulated and discussed, the actual circuit is tested, The result shows that the detection range is increased by 10 dB without changing the accuracy and cost.
