近日出版的《职业倦怠自治手册》显示,中国目前有70%的从业人员表现出了各种程度的倦怠症状, 其中政府公务员、教师、法官、医护人员、企业职员等患有职业倦怠的现象尤为严重。职业倦怠(Career Burnout),也称为“职业衰竭”、“职业枯竭”,是在工作重压下的一种身心俱疲并阳碍个人发展的状态。按照国际公认的定义,衡量职业倦怠的三项指标分别为:情绪衰竭、玩世不恭、成就感低落。职业倦怠的高发人群主要包括高压力群体、工作乏味者、工作投入者及自我评价低者。职业倦怠下的员工会不同程度地表现出这样的状况:逐渐害怕或者故意避免参与竞争;逐渐失去工作乐趣,对办公场所有强烈排斥感甚至恐惧感;长期处于挫折、焦虑、沮丧状态,情绪波动很大;对工作任务产生本能的厌倦,对业务指标缺乏动力;工作过程中极易产生疲累感,对工作的新异事物敏感度降低等。职业倦怠会影响人际关系、工作效率与生活幸福感。作为企业管理者,如果发现有些员工出现了这些现象, 就要引起足够的重视,积极地对她们施以辅导和调节, 以避免这种消极影响进一步恶化。
The recently published “Burnout Autonomy Handbook” shows that 70% of the practitioners in China present various degrees of burnout symptoms. Among them, the phenomenon of job burnout among government officials, teachers, judges, medical staff and enterprise staff is especially serious. Career Burnout, also known as “job failure,” “job burnout,” is a state of physical and mental exhaustion under the weight of work that impedes personal development. According to internationally accepted definitions, the three indicators measuring job burnout are: emotional exhaustion, cynicism, and a sense of accomplishment. Job burnout high risk groups mainly include high pressure groups, work boring, job involvement and low self-evaluation. Job burnout employees to varying degrees to show such a situation: gradually scared or deliberately avoided competition; gradually lose the fun of work, have a strong sense of exclusion or even fear of the workplace; long-term setbacks, anxiety, depression, mood swings Large; boredom of work tasks instinct, the lack of motivation for business indicators; easy to produce work in the process of fatigue, sensitivity to new things and other work to reduce and so on. Job burnout can affect relationships, work efficiency and life well-being. As a business manager, if it is found that some of these employees have experienced these phenomena, they should pay sufficient attention to them and actively provide counseling and adjustment to them so as to prevent the negative impact from further deterioration.
