Evidence rules plays a vital role in civil litigation. It is of great practical significance to improve the efficiency of litigation, ensure fairness and justice, establish the concept of “judicial harmony” and build a good atmosphere for a harmonious trial. It is necessary to explore and study the application of evidence rules in civil trials.
