职业培训在我国已实施了近三十年的历程,职业培训工作取得了显著成效,职业培训体系初步建立,政策措施逐步完善,培训规模不断扩大,劳动者职业素质和就业能力得到不断提高,在当前综合国力竞争就是人力资源竞争的时代背景下,职业培训作为促进就业和经济发展的重大举措却面临诸多问题:劳动者职业培训的机会较少且不均衡,劳动者培训的需求程度普遍较低,培训动机不明确,被动培训,培训激励机制不完善等诸多问题,本文旨在通过对这些问题的分析和探讨,提出解决的方法与对策。
Vocational training has been implemented for nearly 30 years in our country. The vocational training has achieved remarkable results. The vocational training system has been initially established, the policies and measures have been gradually improved, the training scale has been continuously expanded, the occupational qualities and employability of workers have been continuously improved. At present, under the background of competition of human resources, vocational training as a major measure to promote employment and economic development faces many problems: the opportunities for vocational training of workers are less and uneven and the demand for training of workers is generally low , Training motivation is not clear, passive training, training and incentive mechanism imperfect and many other issues, this paper aims to analyze and explore these problems, put forward solutions and countermeasures.
