传统的单纯知识灌输和老师教、学生被动学的教学模式日趋与现代教育理念和教学方式相悖。随着教育理念逐渐转向突出学生本位的轨道上来,以强调个性化教育为方向的教育方式日渐在基础教学中得到重视和应用,尤其是在教改浪潮的驱使下,以个性化教学培养学生创新能力已在教育界达成了共识。介绍了个性化教育这一全新概念,并以湘教版高中地理教材为例综述了个性化教育在高中地理教学中的运用,希望为初高中教改提供一些建设性思路。
