煤矿技术档案和技术資料,是設計科研工作的重要依据。因而技术档案工作和設計工作之間有着密切的关系。充分参考和利用技术档案和技术資料,就更有利于提高勘察設計质量、加快設計速度。我們从几年来的工作实践中初步体会到,要做好技术档案、資料的利用工作,必須正确处理利用工作的几个关系和打好几个“硬仗”。正确处理利用工作的几个关系:保密和利用工作的关系,就是既要做到保守国家机密,又要不妨碍利用工作的开展。过去我們在处理这个关系上,把它对立起来,认为开展利用工作就不易保密,要保密就开展不好利用 Coal mine technical files and technical information, is an important basis for the design of scientific research.
