近年来,我们湖北省赤壁市财政局严格按照“全面、真实、准确、及时”的要求,坚持“科学、合理、简便、实用”的原则,通过加强与税务、统计等有关部门的通力协作和我局各业务股室的共同努力,较好地完成各年度财政总决算的编审任务,受到上级业务主管部门的表扬。总结经验,我们认为夯实基础、认真细致是做好财政总决算工作的主要保证。一、夯实财政总决算的基础工作 In recent years, we strictly adhere to the principle of “scientific, reasonable, simple and practical” in accordance with the principle of “comprehensiveness, truthfulness, accuracy and promptness” of Chibi City, Hubei Province. Summarizing our experience, we believe that laying a solid foundation and conscientiousness are the main guarantees for doing a good job in the final accounts of the financial sector. First, consolidate the basic work of the financial final accounts
