本文详细介绍了六郎洞电厂及其历届转轮的严重破坏情况与0C_r13Ni4C_4M_0钢转轮在此电厂运行19566h的良好抗磨蚀效果。通过理论分析和不同材质的转轮汽蚀对比,证明0C_r13Ni4C_uM_0钢是一种适用于六郎洞水质,并保证检修周期至少3年以上的抗磨蚀转轮材料。同时指出转轮制造质量是延长使用寿命的极重要因素。最后提出搞好材料选择和制造工艺方面的三点建议。
This paper describes in detail the serious damage situation of the Liulongdong power plant and its successive runners and the good anti-erosion effect of the 0C_r13Ni4C_4M_0 steel runner running at this power plant for 19566h. Through theoretical analysis and comparison of runner cavitation with different materials, it is proved that 0C_r13Ni4C_uM_0 steel is an anti-erosion runner material which is suitable for water quality of Lirryu-dong and ensures overhaul period of at least 3 years. At the same time pointed out that the quality of the wheel manufacturing is an important factor to extend the service life. Finally put forward to do a good job in material selection and manufacturing process of the three suggestions.
