本文以金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、乳酸杆菌为研究对象,用微量稀释法测定疳散主要活性成分的抑菌作用及最低抑菌浓度。证实明椎黄、樟脑、申硫磺对三种细菌均有抑菌作用,最低抑菌浓度为1.25%,抑菌作用较强。川莲、百草霜、儿茶、麝香、青黛、硼砂对三种细菌的抑菌作用和最低抑菌浓度各不相同。而粉和孔香对三种细菌均无抑菌作用。
In this paper, Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli and Lactobacillus were selected as the research objects. The antibacterial activity and the minimum inhibitory concentration of the main active components of Radix Astragali were determined by the method of microdilution. Confirmed Mingzhuang Huang, camphor, Shanghai sulfur on the three kinds of bacteria have antibacterial activity, the minimum inhibitory concentration of 1.25%, strong antibacterial effect. Chuanlian, Baicao Cream, Catechu, Musk, indigo, borax on the three kinds of bacteria inhibitory effect and the minimum inhibitory concentration vary. The powder and incense on the three bacteria have no bacteriostatic effect.
