采用水热法制备了金属离子改性的MAPO-5(M=Co,Mn,Fe)催化剂,考察了其催化对叔丁基甲苯(PTBT)选择性氧化制对叔丁基苯甲醛(PTBA)的性能。结果表明,Co APO-5具有较好的催化性能,在PTBT 5 g(33.7mmol),催化剂0.3 g,过氧化叔丁醇(TBHP)12.2 g(134.8 mmol),溶剂乙腈18 m L,反应温度70℃,反应时间6h的条件下,PTBT的转化率为15.5%,PTBD的选择性达到73.4%。催化剂重复使用5次后其活性和选择性无显著降低,显示出较好的结构稳定性和重复使用性。
The metal ion-modified MAPO-5 (M = Co, Mn, Fe) catalyst was prepared by hydrothermal method. The catalytic oxidation of p-tert-butylbenzaldehyde (PTBA) Performance. The results showed that Co APO-5 had good catalytic performance. The catalytic activity of Co APO-5 was improved with the addition of PTBT 5 g (33.7 mmol), catalyst 0.3 g, TBP 12.2 g (134.8 mmol) 70 ℃ and reaction time 6h, the conversion of PTBT was 15.5% and the selectivity of PTBD was 73.4%. After repeated use of catalyst for 5 times, its activity and selectivity were not significantly reduced, showing good structural stability and reusability.
