水电站工程中的导流洞封堵闸门是一个很重要的部位,关系到项目是否能按期竣工投产。索风营电站地下导流封堵闸门在设计和下闸方案设计时采用滚珠轴承,同时充分利用地下洞室的狭小空间,采用简易钢排架、小吨位启闭机、滑轮组并列组成高倍率滑轮组,成功解决了单套滑轮组无法起重的要求和没有大吨位卷扬机等大型设备情况下闸的难题。本文以此电站为例,以期对大中型水利水电工程的封堵闸门及需要临时下闸的闸门能有一定的借鉴意义。
