不为公众所知悉又带给企业经济效益的商业秘密,当今已经成为各类企业的竞争手段之一,甚至已影响到整个企业生存。但因商业秘密是一种无形的财产,而且随着市场经济多元化的发展,侵害商业秘密的行为已经屡见不鲜,侵害手段变得多样、复杂,很多企业难以发现。企业要通过多种途径保护商业秘密。本文将通过对商业秘密禁令救济制度的介绍,分析救济制度在商业秘密保护中的作用,以及商业秘密权利人维护利益的途径。
Business secrets that are not known to the public and bring economic benefits to the enterprise have now become one of the means of competition for various types of enterprises and have even affected the survival of the entire enterprise. However, as trade secrets is an intangible property, and with the diversification of the market economy, infringement of trade secrets has been uncommon and means of infringement have become diverse and complex, making it difficult for many enterprises to find out. Businesses must protect trade secrets in many ways.
