研究了利用报废液体推进剂偏二甲肼合成草酸偏二甲肼,并采用元素分析、FT-IR红外光谱分析、1H NM R核磁共振波谱分析、D SC热分析、紫外可见分光分析等方法对其进行了分析表征。结果表明,草酸偏二甲肼合成工艺简单、安全高效,其熔点为143~146℃,初始分解温度约为180.36℃,具有良好的热稳定性和水溶液稳定性,相比液体偏二甲肼,草酸偏二甲肼更安全、更容易贮存,为处理报废偏二甲肼提供了新的发展方向。
In this paper, UDMH was synthesized from the waste liquid propellant UDMH and the effects of elemental analysis, FT-IR spectroscopy, 1H NM R NMR spectroscopy, D SC thermal analysis and UV-VIS spectroscopic analysis were studied It was analyzed and characterized. The results showed that the synthesis of UDMH was simple, safe and efficient. The melting point was 143-146 ℃ and the initial decomposition temperature was about 180.36 ℃. It had good thermal stability and aqueous solution stability. Compared with UDMH, UDMH is safer and easier to store and provides a new direction for the disposal of UFH.
