无公害蔬菜是保障人们身体不受危害,防止有毒有害物质含量超标的蔬菜。随着社会经济的发展,人们对身体的健康要求越来越高,所以,无公害蔬菜受到了广大消费者的喜爱,进而使无公害蔬菜的市场需要大大提高,这就对无公害蔬菜的生产技术提出了更高的要求,要求无公害蔬菜的质量与产量都要有大的提高,保证让人民吃到安心健康的蔬菜。本文针对无公害蔬菜关键生产技术进行探讨。

In this paper, the key production technologies for pollution-free vegetables are discussed.
