战略性新兴产业是以重大技术突破和重大发展需求为基础,集知识技术密集、物质资源消耗少、成长潜力大、综合效益好为特点的产业。发展战略性新兴产业已成为各地抢占新一轮经济和科技发展制高点的重大举措。如何扬长避短,采用创新驱动的发展方式,真正与我国的转型升级、产业结构调整结合起来,已成破解难题的关键。为此建议:
The strategic emerging industries are industries characterized by major technological breakthroughs and major development needs, and characterized by intensive knowledge-based technologies, less consumption of material resources, great potential for growth and good overall efficiency. The development of strategic emerging industries has become a major measure taken by all localities to seize the commanding height of the new round of economic and technological development.
