目的评价利普刀治疗宫颈糜烂的优点。方法回顾分析60例患者的临床资料。结果对60例LEEP刀治疗后的患者进行6个月的随访观察,最短痊愈的时间为28～57d,最长91d;Ⅲ°糜烂者24例,其中1次治愈者21例,余3例由Ⅲ°转变为Ⅱ°,其中1例行第二次治疗后达痊愈,第二次治愈率50,其余1例未进行第二次治疗。结论 LEEP刀治疗宫颈糜烂具有疼痛少、并发症少、不需住院等优点,值得临床应用。
Objective To evaluate the advantages of Lipu knife in treating cervical erosion. Methods The clinical data of 60 patients were retrospectively analyzed. Results 60 patients with LEEP knife were followed up for 6 months, the shortest recovery time was 28-57 days, the longest 91 days; Ⅲ ° erosion of 24 cases, of which 21 cases were cured, the remaining three cases from Ⅲ ° into Ⅱ °, of which 1 case was cured after the second treatment, the second cure rate of 50, the remaining 1 case without the second treatment. Conclusion LEEP knife treatment of cervical erosion with less pain, fewer complications, without hospitalization, etc., is worth clinical application.
