目的:观察乳鹿方对幽门螺杆菌(Helicobacter pylori,Hp)的体外和体内抑菌作用。方法:采用液体稀释法,将乳鹿方水煎液与Hp共同培养,观察细菌生长情况而测定乳鹿方的抑菌圈直径、最低抑菌浓度(MIC)、最低杀菌浓度(MBC);用Hp菌液给小鼠灌胃制备Hp感染性胃炎模型,然后灌胃给药治疗结束2周后,眼球取血进行血液中血清中Hp抗体检测,取胃窦部粘膜组织进行尿素酶检测,取胃组织进行病理切片检查。结果:乳鹿方对Hp有明显抑制和杀灭作用,其MIC和MBC值分别为12.5mg生药/ml和25.0mg生药/ml,与抑菌圈直径作用趋势一致;乳鹿方(8.0和16.0g生药/kg)可显著改善Hp感染性胃炎小鼠的一般状况,治疗后其血液和粘膜组织中Hp感染率分别降低为38.46%、21.43%和38.46%、21.43%(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:乳鹿方在体内和体外均能明显地抑制Hp的生长。
Objective: To observe the bacteriostasis of Milk Deer on Helicobacter pylori (Hp) in vitro and in vivo. Methods: The decoction circle diameter, minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) and minimum bactericidal concentration (MBC) of Deer Fang were determined by liquid dilution method. Hp bacteria to mice by intragastric preparation of Hp infectious gastritis model, and then intragastric administration of 2 weeks after the end of treatment, the blood of the eye for blood serum Hp antibody detection, gastric mucosa taken urease test, take Stomach tissue biopsy. Results: The decoction of Milk Deer had a significant inhibition and killing effect on Hp with MIC and MBC values of 12.5 mg crude drug / ml and 25.0 mg crude drug / ml, respectively, which were in agreement with the inhibition zone diameters. Milk deer side (8.0 and 16.0 g crude drug / kg) can significantly improve the general condition of Hp infected gastritis mice, and the Hp infection rates in blood and mucosa decreased to 38.46%, 21.43% and 38.46%, 21.43% (P <0.05 or P < 0.01). Conclusion: Deer decoction can obviously inhibit the growth of Hp both in vitro and in vivo.
