目的:观察三羊益心康胶囊的抗心肌缺血作用。方法:采用结扎犬冠状动脉前降支法制备急性心肌梗死模型,利用心外膜电图标测法计算心肌缺血程度,硝基四氮唑蓝(NBT)组织化学染色法测定心肌梗死面积,血液检测天门冬氨酸氨基转换酶(AST)、肌酸磷酸激酶(CPK)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH),在电镜下观察心肌病理组织改变,观察了三羊益心康胶囊对心肌缺血损伤保护作用。结果:三羊益心康胶囊可明显降低心肌缺血程度(∑-ST),减少心肌缺血范围(N-ST),缩小心肌梗死面积(MIS),并能显著降低血清AST和CPK含量,明显减轻心肌细胞损伤程度。结论:该药对犬急性心肌缺血具有明显的保护作用。
Objective: To observe the anti-ischemic effect of Sanyang Yixinkang Capsule. METHODS: The acute myocardial infarction model was prepared by cannulation of the coronary arteries of the dog’s coronary artery. The degree of myocardial ischemia was calculated by epicardial electrical iconography. The myocardial infarct size was determined by histochemical staining with nitrotetrazolium blue (NBT). Aspartate aminotransferase (AST), creatine phosphokinase (CPK) and lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) were detected. Myocardial pathological changes were observed under electron microscope. The myocardial ischemia damage was observed with Sanyang Yixinkang capsule. Protective effects. Results: Sanyang Yixinkang Capsule can significantly reduce the degree of myocardial ischemia (∑-ST), reduce the myocardial ischemia range (N-ST), reduce myocardial infarct size (MIS), and can significantly reduce the serum AST and CPK levels. Significantly reduce the degree of myocardial cell damage. Conclusion: The drug has obvious protective effect on acute myocardial ischemia in dogs.
