通过化学镀方法在钢表面获得了镍-磷-金刚石复合膜,并对镀有复合膜的钢进行淬火及回火热处理,研究了淬火温度(450、650、850℃)和回火温度(200℃)对复合膜组织和性能的影响。用SEM、X-射线衍射仪、刻痕法和盐水浸蚀法研究了不同工艺条件下复合膜的形貌、结构、附着性和耐蚀性。结果表明,热处理后,纳米金刚石颗粒在复合膜中的分布更均匀;硬度由热处理前的505 HV增大到909.9 HV;在w(NaCl)=10%溶液中常温下放置48 h,镀层无腐蚀痕迹;在19.6 N的载荷作用下,复合膜无脱落,表明附着力良好。
A nickel-phosphorus-diamond composite film was obtained on the surface of the steel by electroless plating method. The quenched and tempering heat-treated steel with the composite film was studied. The effects of quenching temperature (450, 650, 850 ℃) and tempering temperature ℃) on the structure and properties of the composite membrane. The morphology, structure, adhesion and corrosion resistance of the composite films were investigated by SEM, X-ray diffraction, scoring and salt water etching. The results show that the nano-diamond particles distribute more uniformly in the composite films after heat treatment. The hardness increases from 505 HV before heat treatment to 909.9 HV. In w (NaCl) = 10% solution, Traces; at 19.6 N load under the composite film without loss, indicating good adhesion.
