采用空心阴极离子镀技术在304不锈钢上沉积TiN膜.应用电化学测试技术,研究了TiN膜在海水中缝隙腐蚀行为的影响结果表明,离子镀使ER提高,改善和提高抗缝隙腐蚀性能.其原因是,TiN膜的化学效应所致.
Hollow cathode ion plating technique was used to deposit TiN film on 304 stainless steel. The electrochemical corrosion test was used to study the effect of TiN film on the crevice corrosion behavior in seawater. The results showed that ion plating increased ER and improved crevice corrosion resistance. The reason is due to the chemical effect of the TiN film.
