由泸州老窖集团主办的第二届“泸州高粱节”文化采风活动于7月19日至21日在泸州隆重举行。参加采风活动的文化艺术名家莅临酒城,共同感受20万亩有机糯红高粱流霞似火的神奇魅力,见证了泸州老窖产品质量从源头抓起的决心和坚持。本次活动邀请了阿来、刘醒龙、柳建伟、刘玉民、熊召政五位曾获得茅盾文学奖的知名作家为泸州老窖的有机酿造出谋划策,舞蹈家黄豆豆、音乐家哈辉也分别携其为泸州老窖创作的艺术作品鼎立助阵。嘉宾们不仅走访了以1573国宝窖池群为代表的酒城名胜,了解酒城独有的人文民俗,还参观了有机高粱基地的壮观景象,通过实地采风、文化座谈等形式,切身体验泸州老窖有机白酒的酿造全过程。
Luzhou Laojiao Group sponsored by the second “Luzhou Sorghum Festival ” cultural gathering activities in July 19 to 21 held in Luzhou. Cultural and artistic masters who participated in the gathering activities came to Liquor City to jointly feel the magical charm of 200,000 mu of organic glutinous sorghum and to witness the determination and persistence of the quality of Luzhou Laojiao products from the source. The event invited Arabian, Liu Xinglong, Liu Jianwei, Liu Yumin and Xiong Zhaozheng, five well-known writers who won the Mao Dun Literature Award, to make suggestions for the organic brewing of Luzhou Laojiao. Dancers Huang Pea and musician Ha Hui also brought Luzhou Old cellar creation works of art to help out. The guests not only visited the city attractions represented by the 1573 treasure trove of cellars, but also learned the unique cultural and folk customs of the city. They also visited the spectacular scenery of the organic sorghum base. They experienced Luzhou Old Cellar brewing the whole process of organic liquor.
