恶心胸水是恶性肿瘤晚期较常见的并发症，尽管目前治疗恶性胸水的方案很多，包括局部与全身化疗，但所报道的结果并不一致。我科自1998年1月~1999年12月采用沈阳协合集团生产的高聚生（HAS）联合顺铂（DDP）治疗恶性胸腔积液并与单用DDP作对照，取得了较好的疗效，现报告如下。
