随着舞蹈艺术行业的发展,艺术家、管理者、消费者都在逐步发生着变化。舞蹈行业表演艺术人才的职业变迁碍于专业特性,一直受到较大的局限,对整个行业和从业个人的影响愈加明显。面对这种形势,组织应及时调整管理思路,个人应及时提升个人能力、增加个人核心竞争力,才能够在变化日趋激烈的市场竞争中赢得先机。本文以舞蹈行业表演人才职业生涯拓展问题为切入点,从人力资源管理的视角,分析文化产业发展对舞蹈行业的影响;以传统人力资源管理理论为基础,从舞蹈艺术组织管理角度分析缺少完善的规划所导致的人才异常发展的两种情况;尝试性地对产业市场发展的舞蹈行业人才管理现状进行了分类;提供了个人变革的思路和方法,力求为舞蹈行业表演艺术人才的自我职业生涯规划与发展提供可以借鉴的思考。
With the development of dance art industry, artists, managers and consumers are gradually changing. The professional changes of the performing arts talents in the dance industry are hindered by the professional characteristics and have been greatly limited.
