对脆性灰口铸铁轴肩试样和环形切口圆柱试样的扭转断裂特点、扭转切口强度及其概率分布进行了实验研究。结果表明,脆性灰口铸铁轴肩试样、环形切口圆柱试样的扭转切口强度和光滑试样的扭转强度均同时符合正态分布、对数正态分布和Weibul分布。但试件几何形状与尺寸对脆性灰口铸铁的扭转断裂方式及扭转切口强度的统计特征参数有明显的影响。对其原因进行了简要讨论,同时指出光滑试样扭转强度的实验结果可作为强度设计及切口件可靠性分析的依据。
The torsional fracture characteristics, the torsional shear strength and the probability distribution of the brittle gray cast iron shoulder samples and the annular incision cylindrical specimens were experimentally studied. The results show that both the brittle-ductile gray cast iron shaft shoulder specimen, the toroidal notched cylindrical specimen torsional shear strength and the smooth specimen torsional strength both meet the normal distribution, log-normal distribution and Weibull distribution. However, the geometry and size of the specimen have obvious influence on the statistical characteristics of torsional fracture mode and torsional shear strength of brittle gray cast iron. The reason is briefly discussed. At the same time, it is pointed out that the experimental results of the torsional strength of smooth specimens can be used as the basis for the strength design and the reliability analysis of the incision parts.
