该文首先进行了不同品种的纤维混凝土抗冲刷磨蚀试验,然后利用抗冲磨试件又进行了路面混凝土耐磨损试验,分析探讨了纤维混凝土的冲刷磨蚀和冲击磨损机理。试验表明:刚性纤维混凝土的抗冲刷磨蚀能力强,玄武岩纤维混凝土抗冲击磨损能力最佳,聚丙烯纤维混凝土既抗冲刷磨蚀又抗冲击磨损作用,可用于防止水冲刷破坏高速公路及兼顾交通道桥水工混凝土工程中。
In this paper, different types of fiber concrete abrasion and erosion tests were carried out firstly, and then the abrasion resistance test of pavement concrete was carried out by using anti-abrasion test pieces. The erosion and abrasion mechanism of fiber concrete was analyzed. The tests show that the anti-erosion abilities of rigid fiber reinforced concrete are strong, the basalt fiber reinforced concrete has the best impact and abrasion resistance, polypropylene fiber reinforced concrete is not only resistant to erosion and abrasion, but also can prevent water scouring from damaging the expressway and taking into account the traffic lane bridge Hydraulic concrete works.
