智能电网极大地促进了电力市场的发展,为用户参与电网运行提供了技术支持,增强了用电弹性。分析了智能电网对电力市场的影响及需求响应在智能电网下的表现形式。重点研究一种实用的需求响应——可中断负荷,提出基于失负荷价值的补偿方法,并展望可中断负荷的发展方向。最后,结合我国电力市场现状,提出了开展IL的建议和设想。
The smart grid has greatly promoted the development of the power market, provided technical support for users to participate in the operation of the power grid and enhanced the flexibility of electricity use. The impact of smart grid on the electricity market and the manifestation of demand response under smart grid are analyzed. It focuses on a practical demand response - interruptible load, puts forward a compensation method based on the value of the lost load, and looks forward to the development direction of interruptible load. Finally, combined with the current situation of China’s power market, put forward suggestions and ideas to carry out IL.
