企业发展需要关注整体绩效水平,差错管理文化为企业战略的制定和实施保驾护航。平衡计分卡的引入为企业整体绩效考核提供了一种有效工具。本文从平衡计分卡四个层面分别论述了企业差错管理文化对企业整体绩效的影响作用,并对未来研究进行了展望。
Enterprise development needs to focus on the overall performance level, error management culture for the formulation and implementation of corporate strategy escort. The introduction of Balanced Scorecard provides an effective tool for the overall performance evaluation of enterprises. This paper discusses the impact of enterprise error management culture on the overall performance of enterprises from the four aspects of the BSC, and prospects the future research.
