观察了国产白介素3(rhIL-3)和市售粒巨噬系集落刺激因子(rhGM-CSF)单用和伍用对恒河猴辐射后造血功能的改善作用。结果表明,单用IL-320μg/kg×28天可提高3.5Gy照射猴白细胞最低值水平,缩短白细胞低水平的持续时间;减缓血小板的下降趋势。单用GM-CSF使白细胞恢复提前,超常恢复时峰值可达照前的500%。二者伍用兼有二种因子的效果,白细胞减少幅度小且时间短,恢复提前,回落平稳。两因子单用和伍用可使受照猴骨髓造血祖细胞比对照增多约3~9倍,但停药后迅速下跌。
The effects of rhIL-3 and marketed granulocyte-macrophage colony stimulating factor (rhGM-CSF) alone or in combination on the hematopoietic function of rhesus monkeys were observed. The results showed that the single use of IL-320μg / kg × 28 days can raise 3.5Gy irradiation monkey leukocyte minimum level, shorten the duration of leukopenia low; slow down the trend of platelets. Leukocyte alone with GM-CSF alone in advance, abnormal recovery peak up to 500% before irradiation. The two combined with the effect of two factors, leukopenia and short duration of small, early recovery, down steady. The two factors alone and Wu can make the irradiated monkey bone marrow hematopoietic progenitor cells increased by about 3 to 9 times than the control, but dropped rapidly after stopping.
