Milk protein is a good system for studying the gene expression and regulation of eukaryotic cells. mRNA is an important part of gene expression. In this paper, Poly (A) ~ + RNA, which can guide the synthesis of milk protein, was isolated from the mammary gland of mammary gland of mammary gland, and the synthesis of protein was studied at the transcriptional and translational levels.
