目的:研究更好的异甘草素合成方法以及异甘草素与牛血清蛋白的相互作用。方法:通过微波辅助方法合成异甘草素; 利用荧光光谱、同步荧光光谱、三维光谱法研究异甘草素与牛血清白蛋白的相互作用。结果:以 72%的产率获得异甘草素; 通过分子荧光光谱实验计算得到两者相互作用的结合常数、猝灭常数、热力学参数和结合位点。结论:微波辅助的羟醛缩合反应是一种高效异甘草素合成方法; 异甘草素与牛血清白蛋白之间通过静电引力产生了络合物, 导致牛血清白蛋白的构象改变。
OBJECTIVE: To study better methods of isoliquiritigenin synthesis and the interaction of isoliquiritigenin with bovine serum albumin. Methods: Isoliquiritigenin was synthesized by microwave-assisted method. The interaction between isoliquiritigenin and bovine serum albumin was studied by fluorescence spectroscopy, synchronous fluorescence spectroscopy and three-dimensional spectroscopy. Results: Isoliquiritigenin was obtained at a yield of 72%. The binding constants, quenching constants, thermodynamic parameters and binding sites of the interaction between the two were calculated by molecular fluorescence spectroscopy. CONCLUSION: Microwave-assisted aldol condensation is an efficient method for the synthesis of isoliquiritigenin. The interaction between isoliquiritigenin and bovine serum albumin induces a complex that results in a conformational change of bovine serum albumin.
