目的探讨非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)中bclxl和bcl2表达情况及其意义。方法采用免疫组化SP法,检测10例正常肺组织,49例NSCLC组织和9例配对淋巴结转移癌组织中的bclxl及bcl2表达强度。结果NSCLC组织中,bclxl表达强度显著高于正常肺组织(P<0.05)。伴淋巴结转移的NSCLC组织bclxl和bcl2表达强度均高于不伴淋巴结转移的NSCLC组织(P<0.01)。NSCLC中bclxl与bcl2表达强度无相关性(P>0.05)。结论bclxl表达增强可能与NSCLC发生有关。bclxl和bcl2表达增强在NSCLC的淋巴结转移方面可能起着重要作用。在NSCLC组织中,bcl-xl与bcl-2表达无相关性。
Objective To investigate the expression of bclxl and bcl2 in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and its significance. Methods Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expression of bclxl and bcl2 in 10 cases of normal lung tissue, 49 cases of NSCLC and 9 cases of matched lymph node metastasis. Results The expression of bclxl in NSCLC tissues was significantly higher than that in normal lung tissues (P <0.05). The expression of bclxl and bcl2 in NSCLC with lymph node metastasis was higher than that in NSCLC without lymph node metastasis (P <0.01). There was no correlation between bclxl and bcl2 expression in NSCLC (P> 0.05). Conclusion The increased expression of bclxl may be related to the occurrence of NSCLC. Enhanced bclxl and bcl2 expression may play an important role in lymph node metastasis of NSCLC. In NSCLC tissues, there was no correlation between bcl-xl and bcl-2 expression.
