为观察北京生物制品研究所研制的纯化冻干Vero细胞流行性乙型脑炎灭活疫苗 (Vero细胞乙脑疫苗 )接种后的人体反应和免疫效果 ,在乙脑非疫区的内蒙古自治区伊金霍洛旗选取两所小学 6~ 8岁学龄儿童 ,按照补体结合抗原 1:8和 1:4两种抗原含量接种疫苗。设未接种疫苗的对照组。结果显示 :接种两种抗原含量的疫苗后未见接种局部反应和全身不适 ,仅 1 6 %~ 2 9%的儿童出现中度发热反应 ;基础免疫 2针 ,中和抗体阳转率分别为77 5 9%、89 5 8% ,中和抗体几何平均滴度 (GMT)分别为 1:14 96、1:16 75 ;3针的阳转率分别为 96 78%、10 0 0 0 % ,中和抗体GMT分别为 1:89 4 6、1:89 80。因此 ,1:8及 1:4两种抗原含量的Vero细胞乙脑疫苗人体接种反应轻微 ,免疫效果良好 ,均比现行应用的纯化地鼠肾细胞乙脑灭活疫苗免疫效果好
