术语标准化工作是标准体系建立的主要内容之一。我国在海洋能相关标准化工作方面已经取得了一定的成绩,但随着海洋能开发利用技术水平的提高,相关术语定义的内容和数量都已无法满足目前的要求:已有术语定义的不统一、不规范,并且缺少部分术语的定义。需要完善术语标准的概念体系、加大政策支持和资金投入力度、广泛开展合作交流和人才培养,以加快术语标准化工作的进度,为行业的发展提供科学依据。
Terminology standardization is one of the main contents of the standard system. China has made some achievements in ocean-related standardization work. However, with the improvement of the technology of ocean energy exploitation and utilization, the content and quantity of the definitions of relevant terms have failed to meet the current requirements: the existing definitions of terms are not uniform, Non-standard, and the lack of some of the terms of the definition. It is necessary to perfect the conceptual system of terminology standard, intensify policy support and capital investment, carry out extensive cooperation and exchange and personnel training so as to speed up the progress of terminology standardization and provide a scientific basis for the development of the industry.
