在人工肠液中,阿司匹林的水解产物水杨酸在酸性环境下用硝酸铁显色后,可直接于540nm处进行测定。据此,作者拟订了阿司匹林缓释长效片在人工肠液中微量比色测定法。由于人工肠液中的H_2PO_4~-与硝酸铁作用产生絮状沉淀,干扰含量测定,本法利用H_2PO_4~-与PbCl_2在NaOH存在下生成磷酸铅盐沉淀的作用,先消除干扰成分,再与硝酸铁显色,进行测定。方法为:
