江西省早稻主栽品种可控条件下芽期耐冷性鉴定

水稻芽期耐冷性是影响水稻稻芽生长发育的重要因素,是水稻生产不可忽视的重要性状之一。本试验对江西省23个早稻主栽品种进行了可控温度(5℃)下的芽期耐冷性鉴定,结果显示:大多数组合都具有相对较强的芽期耐冷性,优I402、荣优1506、淦鑫206及五丰优623等4个组合表现出极强的芽期耐冷性,而常稻品种芽期耐冷性则相对较弱,恢复系的耐冷性可能对组合的整体耐冷性起决定性作用。此外,本文还就试验中发现的问题针对芽期耐冷性的试验方法及评价标准提出了相关建议,对今后开展水稻芽期耐冷性鉴定试验提供指导。 Cold-tolerance at the bud stage of rice is an important factor that affects the growth and development of rice buds and is one of the important traits that can not be ignored in rice production. In this experiment, twenty-three early-rice cultivars in Jiangxi Province were identified as cold-tolerant at budding stage at controlled temperature (5 ℃). The results showed that most of the combinations had relatively strong cold-tolerance at budding stage, 1506, Ganxin 206 and Wufengyou 623 showed extremely strong cold-tolerance at bud stage, while cold-tolerance at budding stage in Changdao rice was relatively weaker. The cold tolerance of restorer lines may affect the overall cold tolerance of the combination Decisive role. In addition, the paper also made some suggestions on the test methods and evaluation criteria for the cold tolerance of buds in the problems found in the experiment, and provided guidance for the identification of cold tolerance in the buds of rice in the future.
