目前,非公有制经济占福建经济总量的三分之二,在我省国民经济中具有举足轻重的地位。如何继续保持“非公”经济的持续稳步增长,事关新时期福建发展后劲的大事。而一段时间以来,我省“非公”经济的发展并不尽如人意,究其原因,除了非公有制企业自身存在的“痼疾”以外,还有着严重制约其发展的外部环境问题。为此,省政府专门在福州主办召开了“福建非公有制经济发展论坛”,经济学家们开坛论经,为我省“非公”经济把脉就诊,开出了许多良方妙药。我刊从本期开始,将连续刊发此次高峰论坛中评选出来的优秀论文,希望能为企业和有关部门提供有效参考。
At present, the non-public ownership economy accounts for two-thirds of the total economic output of Fujian Province and plays a decisive role in the national economy of our province. How to continue to maintain the sustained and steady growth of the “non-public” economy and the great event concerning Fujian’s development potential in the new period? For a period of time, the development of “non-public” economy in our province has been unsatisfactory. The reason is that in addition to the “chronic illness” that non-public-owned enterprises themselves have, there are also external environmental problems that seriously restrict their development. To this end, the provincial government specifically hosted the “Fujian Non-public Economic Development Forum” in Fuzhou. Economists opened the forums for alms to provide medical treatment to the “non-public” economy in our province and opened many good and fortunate remedies. From the beginning of this issue, I will publish the outstanding papers selected from this forum continuously, hoping to provide effective reference for enterprises and relevant departments.
