卓有成效的产品开发和技术创新取决于优秀的研发团队,但现实中如何提升研发团队绩效是管理难题。根据阶段性团队过程理论,分不同团队发展阶段考察团队反思、团队监控与团队努力三维团队过程与团队绩效的关系。通过对105个研发项目团队样本的实证分析,结果发现:研发团队反思对团队绩效的正向影响在团队发展早期更强;而研发团队监控对团队绩效的正向影响在团队发展后期更强;研发团队努力对团队绩效的正向影响则不会受到团队发展阶段的干扰。
Effective product development and technological innovation depend on good R & D team, but in reality how to improve R & D team performance is a management problem. According to the theory of periodic team process, we examine the relationship between team reflection, team monitoring and team effort in 3D team process and team performance in different stages of team development. Through the empirical analysis of 105 R & D project team samples, the results show that the positive impact of R & D team reflection on team performance is stronger in the early stage of team development while the positive impact of R & D team monitoring on team performance is stronger in the late stage of team development. R & D team efforts on the team’s positive impact on performance will not be the stage of team development interference.
