“人本管理”和“物本管理”是管理实践中的两条基本的管理价值观和管理路线。在“物本管理”思想指导的管理路线中,人成了“物”的附属品,产生了异化,阻碍了人的全面自由的发展。而以人为本的“人本管理”则恢复了人在管理中的中心地位,将人看成是生产实践的主体,人在这个过程之中不断得到主体地位的确认、能力的提高和价值的实现,渐向人的更全面自由的发展。
“Humanistic management” and “material management” are two basic management values and management approaches in management practice. In the line of management guided by the idea of “material management”, people have become the attachments to “things”, resulting in alienation and impeding the development of man’s full freedom. People-oriented “people-based management” restores people’s central position in management and regards people as the main body of production practice.
