为研究纤维增强复合材料满贴加固新疆杨木柱的力学性能,对新疆杨木矩形截面短柱采用玄武岩纤维增强复合材料(BFRP)或碳纤维增强复合材料(CFRP)分别粘贴1层和2层进行加固,而后进行轴心抗压试验,对其承载力、荷载-应变曲线、纵向变形、横向变形等力学性能指标进行对比分析。试验结果表明:BFRP和CFRP满贴加固能够显著提高新疆杨木柱的轴心受压性能,承载力提高幅度中单层的介于71.3%~75%,双层的介于83.8%~86.9%;且BFRP满贴加固后木柱的抗压承载力较大,CFRP满贴加固后木柱的纵向变形能力较好,横向约束作用相对明显。
In order to study the mechanical properties of fiber-reinforced composite materials reinforced with poplar columns in Xinjiang, BFRP or CFRP was used to reinforce Xinjiang poplar short columns with rectangular cross-section, Then the axial compressive test was carried out, and the mechanical performance indexes such as bearing capacity, load-strain curve, longitudinal deformation and lateral deformation were compared and analyzed. The experimental results show that the BFRP and CFRP fully affixed can significantly improve the compression properties of Xinjiang poplar column axial load capacity of 71.3% to 75% in the single-layer, double layer 83.8% to 86.9%; and The compressive bearing capacity of the wooden column after the full affixing of BFRP is great. The longitudinal deformation ability of the wooden column is better after the CFRP is fully affixed and strengthened, and the horizontal restraint effect is relatively obvious.
