由水电部长江流域规划办公室和郑州水工机械厂等单位联合设计,郑州水工机械厂制造的800/1200吨轮压试验机,是目前国内最大的轮压试验机。本机可作为压力试验机和一般压力机使用。作试验机使用时,其测试压力的量值范围为20吨～800吨,可用于水工闸门滚轮,起重机滚轮等大、中型钢制滚轮的静态和动态接触应力等的测定,也可进行一般工程测力装置的压力标定工作。作压力机使用时,其最大压力达1200吨,可进行金属结构件和锻压件的生产。该机由中国计量科学研究院、湖北省计量研究所,长江流域规划办公室及郑州水工机械厂共
Designed jointly by the Yangtze River Basin Planning Office of the Ministry of Water Resources and the Zhengzhou Hydraulic Engineering Machinery Plant, the 800/1200-ton wheel pressure testing machine manufactured by Zhengzhou Hydraulic Machinery Works is currently the largest domestic wheel pressure testing machine. This machine can be used as a pressure tester and general press. When used as a testing machine, the test pressure ranges from 20 tons to 800 tons, which can be used for the measurement of static and dynamic contact stress of hydraulic gate rollers, crane rollers and other large and medium-sized steel rollers.
