研究微波固化保肢术提高患者生存率的免疫学机制。方法:应用色散比浊法检测患者血清C3、C4含量,应用红细胞C3b受体花环(C3bRR)、免疫复合物花环(CICRR)及直接肿瘤花环(TRR)检测红细胞免疫功能。结果:20例微波固化保肢组患者及20例截肢组患者术前C3bRR、TRR降低,CICRR升高(P<0.05),C3、C4变化不明显;术后14天时,微波组较截肢组C3bRR、TRR升高(P<0.05),CICRR变化不明显,28天时两组各项指标恢复正常(P<0.05)。结论:微波固化保肢术可提高患者的红细胞免疫功能。
To study the immunological mechanism of microwave-assisted limb salvage for improving patient survival. Methods: The levels of C3 and C4 in serum of patients were detected by dispersive turbidimetry. Erythrocyte immune function was detected by C3b receptor garland (C3bRR), CICRR and TRR. RESULTS: The preoperative C3bRR and TRR were decreased and the CICRR was increased (P<0.05) in 20 patients in the microwave-cure limb-sparing group and 20 patients in the amputee group. C3 and C4 did not change significantly. In the 14-day postoperative period, the microwave group was more amputated. The group C3bRR and TRR were elevated (P<0.05), and the CICRR did not change significantly. On the 28th day, the indexes of the two groups returned to normal (P<0.05). CONCLUSIONS: Microwave solidified limb salvage can improve patients’ red blood cell immune function.
